She ordered from me online & i did not know she was one of the bridesmaid during my Bro & Chee Sia' wedding day Jan 2010. LOL..
When i delivered the towels over, she was like smiling happily behind her dad.. I still can't recognize her, cos she cut hair rather short & looks thinner.

in less than a week, she made a 2nd order & i stupidly asked her "Are you Chee Sia's friend?"
haiz.. sometime i really wish i could grow smarter someday :)

Dessert Stall Aunty making $19,700/Month!!

today.. buying dinner @ Tampines Blk 842 Coffeeshop.. mum went to her favorite dessert stall for her Tao Suan & Red Bean Soup. Dessert Stall Aunty about to close for the day, all pots were emptied!! left 3 boxes of ready packed Tao Suan.

Mum told me don't see Aunty face sleepy sleepy, she makes $$ nobody know ah!! make more $$ than ppl study until university lor!!

Dessert stall Aunty nv hire any worker, so she's Self Employed. Red Bean, Green Bean, Ice Kachiang, Tao Suan, Chendol, Hot & Cold Cheng Teng, Bo Bo Cha Cha & many other popular Desserts.. all prepared by herself!! Super low cost!! Rent a 3m x 1.5m stall @ probably $1500/month. She starts work in the morning probably @ 7-8am, close shop @ 930pm.

Average Income of a Dessert Stall Aunty
Daily Sales = $1.30/Bowl x 12 type of Dessert x 50 Bowls = $780/day
Monthly Sales = $780 * 30 = $23,400/Month

Ingredient Cost = Max. $2000/Month (This is enough to buy her 1 entire room of BEANS!!!)
Rental Cost = $1500/Month
Utility Bills = Max. $200/Month
Total Cost = $3700/Month

Gross Profit Before Tax = $19,700/Month

This result is calculated based on this Aunty working for 10hrs/day, 1 day sell 600 Bowls of Desserts or 1 min/Bowl.

Young ppl reading this, if you really hate studying like myself, you can consider selling Dessert @ Coffeeshop!! if you can work for 12 hrs/day, you will probably be earning the same pay as the CEO of Challenger :)
