Lotsa new Product updates @ HockGiftShop.com!!

I've always advice frens not to procrastinate, but this time it happened on myself!! DAMN!! all my new products were shot & completed PS all the way back in May 2009.. everything were kept in my harddisk.. not uploaded to HockGiftShop.com..

this morning, after cleaning my CPU (So much dust in there!!).. did a 1 time upload of everything i've got in my HDD!! now almost 90% of our Products were all up in HockGiftShop.com. Do let me noe if you find any typo in the products info. It really took me quite sometime gathering all the info of 700++ products.. need to weigh, measure, write abt every single product!!

completed my 1st 5km run in 2009

oh man.. after 2 training run on last sunday nite & tuesday morning, i finally manage to complete a 5km+ run in 30min 30sec!! slow but @ least i did not stop this time!! from my hse to bedok reservoir is ard 1.2km, reservoir 1 rd is ard 4.25km to 4.3km.. oh man!! i completed 5.5km run 2nite!!

although its 1130pm to 12 mid nite, there is still lotsa activities gng on @ bedok reservoir!!

• ard 10 to 12 ppl like me, doing our nite run alone.. running ard the dark reservoir wif black bats flying everywhr silently!!
• Young Couples having some social activities @ small pavilions
• bangala couples sitting along the benches everywhr
• thai workers relaxing on grass patches
• motorcycle gathering @ carpark

on the way back home..

• Innocent Kittens walking ard looking for a safe place to slp thru the dangerous nite
• lotsa burnt ashes & chinese prayers' candle & fruit lying everywhr!!
• groups of aunties still quietly gambling @ void deck!!

sometime i really wonder.. when young adults gamble @ void decks.. in less den 1 hr, they confirm will be arrested.. but aunties is allowed to gamble @ void decks everyday till mid nite without any disturbance from XXXXXX. both are normal human beings.. but treated in a completely different manner!!

an hr later, Mian came wif his colleague. bought this & we customised it on the spot!!

Running Day!!

oh man.. its less den 2 months to my next in camp training, need to clear 1 IPPT in this month & another 1 in Oct.. started running last sun nite.. its a est 4km run.. this morning whole body is still aching.. but forced myself out of bed @ 730am for another 4-5km run.. stopped twice during the run.. probably my legs have not recovered fully.

now i prefer running instead of swimming in public pools.. too many retired uncles standing ard looking for new chit chat buddy.. everytime instead of doing a 20mins swim, i'll end up answering questions for 30mins.. 2nd reason is heavy swimming traffic in the morning!! need to "siam here siam there" damn irritating.. a 30mins run + 10mins walk + 15 mins stretch + 5mins rinse down will be a perfect plan.. can fully concentrate on my training!! Time to Start my DAY!!!
