a big WHY is finally SOLVED!! I finally understood these SECRETS!!

Thinking 2 Yrs back... in 2008.. many of my friends were talking abt buying Hses (mostly HDB), many were rushing to get a place even before their ROM. many were super smart but always stayed low profile in school. suddenly all these ppl were like rushing to buy HDB & Condos..

in 2008, i tot it was juz a trend.. cos everyone (the SUPER SMART) is doing it.. so everyone (THE SUPER SMART's BEST FRIENDS) else just join in to buy too... There's actually a BIG SECRET behind all these...

ME>>>With such a low IQ Brain, it took me 2 yrs to figure out wat all these smart ppl were doing..

These ppl understand that the property prices were consider very low in 2008. couples were rushing to get a place even when they knew that they can only move in 3-4 yrs later. many projects have not even started the ground work & all units were already sold!!

By the time these couples move in to their "newly" purchased houses in 3-4 Yrs down the road, their property valuation price would had easily increased by $200,000 or MORE!! If its a Private Condo, they could consider to sell it & enjoy the $200,000 Profits almost IMMEDIATELY!!

Most of these young couples buy HDB apartments.. so they will only be moving in 2011-2012.. they can only start selling their houses in 5 yrs from then... which means property prices will start to fall again probably in 7 yrs down the road.. so start saving alittle everyday for the next 7 yrs LOL!!

BUSY BUSY BUSY :)

For the past few weeks were busy clearing projects, the only time I've for my friends & myself is probably ONLY SAT NITE.. Everyday juz concentrate on doing Embroidery Jobs.

Cuz recently the stupid engraving machine spoilt for the 2nd time in 2010!! 1st time it cost us $963!! this time the technician did even dare to tell us the actual price. he says the repair will cost ard $2k++... OMFG!! the machine cant even generate $800 of sales each month & it's like here spoil there spoil every 2 months!! bad move getting this engraving machine!!

Jason (The Technician for the Engraving Machine) said 2mr our machine will be sent back to us.. hopefully everything goes smoothly 2mr.. there's lotsa engraving jobs to be done & we were like gambling our hopes!! Pls Pls.. Everything have to goes on smoothly 2mr onwards :)
