Yesterday Cousin Kelvin call me, needs to do some cpy t-shirts embroidery. He asked me to take care, don't over work myself, later get sick not worth it & now Chinese 7th Month don't stay up too late.

Today, made a Delivery to Liang Court Service Apartment. Super difficult to find the exact entrance location!! No place to park, lucky thing didn't get any ticket!! The Security Guards was super friendly, show me the way to the exact customer's unit.

Later on, I had a 5 mins chat with the security guard.

Guard: all rent 1, very cheap lor!!

Tot: Huh.. Very Cheap?!? here location so good, rent whr got cheap sia?
Guard: Aiya ONLY $500/day. like your customer's unit, tat 1 is $8K/month. If Penthouse, is about $18,000/month.

Tot: Huh?!? $8,000/Month!?! like tat whr got cheap sia?!?
Guard: This price is consider very cheap for the Foreign T. Slowly Slowly more ppl come into Singapore.. don't be surprise 5 yrs later, 1 bowl of Wanton Noodles will be Selling $10 @ Neighbourhood Coffeeshop!

After talking to the security guard, I think we must face the truth!! Things that we can't avoid in the near future. INFLATION will be really really bad in years to come. now still young, better work hard.. the gap btw the Riches & the Poor is getting wider & wider.

Recently I can see more & more ppl are buying new cars everywhr.. this simply means more & more ppl are getting in debt.. when this bubble gets too big in the next 1.5-2yrs, I can't imagine what will happen den..

my mentors are telling me the same things. "What is happening now.. is exactly the same as what happened in 1996!! Everything went up so HIGH & suddenly the bubble blew & ppl starts selling their cars, their houses, Salaries drop by 20% & losing their Jobs.. No one can actually stop such a thing from happening, it's a CYCLE."

Really hope that day will never come!!
