Has been reading Reports from Yongnam & Chip Eng Seng for the past 3-4 Days!! looking thru every single shit in depth!! found out YN is est. 90% supported by Banks & public Shareholders. the VIP of the Cpy only hold on to est 10% of the cpy's shares!! OMG!! no wonder its price got stuck in 22cents - 30cents for more den a year!! Recent dividend payout is only $5/lot!!
CES is kinda a Family Business.. top 20 Shareholders were mainly VIPs of the Cpy!! making up to est 50% of the entire cpy shares. Price is still consider very low for this cpy!! after 2days major correction, you can easily get it @ 41.5cents. Worth buying!! Dividend payout for CES will be $30/lot in may 2010!! super Gao Gao for a Construction Cpy!! 7.3%!!
made a big swap from YN to CES & shall wait for my Gao Gao $$ in May :)

1st is Starhub.. spotted @ $2.14.... now $2.42 (Dividend Payout for 2010 = $190/lot)
2nd is CSC.. spotted @ 15.5cents.... now 18.5cents (Dividends not confirm yet.. sld be better than 2009)
3rd is CES.. hope it works too :) (Dividend Payout for 2010 = $30/lot)
