6 Yrs ago, STI was @ its lowest Pt of ard 1195
1.5 Yr Ago, STI was @ its Peak of ard 3800 - 3900
Now ard 1690 - 1750..

Currently the economy is even worst than 6 yrs ago.. Logically the STI sld fall till somewhr 1200..

Looking @ Jaya Holding!! Missed its lowest pt few week ago.. 19Cents.. Currently its 28Cents.. Logically, It sld fall back to ard 20cent in weeks time.. Will KIV Jaya in my targeted List!!

Headache!!

I just wanted to have an insurance plan that can protect myself & my savings.. Why is it so difficult!?!

bought 2 Plans wif a fren from MaXXLifX in 2007. 1 called Investing Link Plan, 1 called Flexi MaXXLifX Plan... 2 weeks ago, met up wif my army fren.. he looked thru all my policies, & advised me to let go this 2 plans.. went home.. told my bro my new decision.. he advised me to keep them..

2day.. i met up with my army fren again.. he showed me all the spreadsheets that he had did for me to compare.. with the same amt of $$ invested in my current plans compare to his cpy plans.. i'm wasting lotsa $$ in my MaXXLifX Flexi Plan!! Put in Almost $4k, now onli left $30.00!! WTF!! After investing for 2Yrs & 2 Months.. onli have $30 in my account!! where all my $$ go lor.. I use the $39xx buy toilet paper & sell i oso feel happier.. Decided to seize this plan!!

went home again, this time kena leatured by my bro.. he say insurance plan muz put long long den you will see the effect 1..

now i'm thinking.. after puting $4k for 2 yrs... im left with $30 in my account..
maybe i can put for another 18 Yrs.. So total will be 20 Yrs..
by then i would have invested $4K x 10 = $40K...
My account should logically have ard.. $30 x 10 =$$300

So my loss will be.. -$33,700..
Its like donating $33,700 to MaXXLifX to substain their cpy..

Now my head gonna explode.. everything i do is always wrong.. but everyone else advised me with their own opinions are always rite?!? now i seriously feel like cancelling all my policies..

Super Shitty feeling!! Go slp.. 2molo shall be a better day!!

TIME MANAGEMENT!!

After working wif my uncle for the past 1 week, i started to have some time management problems. He needs me to work in the morning till afternoon.. I need to take care of my shop's business from Late morning till evening.. I was like rushing here & there.. not able to do my things probably.. manz.. lotsa things started messing up.. I cant go full time into real estate now.. but working part time will never promise any success in RE!! & in the worst case.. i will fail myself in both business!! NO!! i need to continue to focus in my Army Retail Business!!

My initial purposes joining RE is to learn all the things in Buying, Selling & renting Houses!! as these are the things everyone would need to learn in their later part of their lives.. i need to continue to improve my Main Army Retail Business instead of wasting too much time in this new field.. if not i would eventually drain all my energy & Fail in both businesses!!

POSB Force Savings Plans

2 months back, During CNY 2009, my bro introduced this POSB savings plan to me. @ 1st i didnt feel anything interesting abt this plan.. every month put few hundred bucks.. wat can it do lor..

Now, 2 months later, it really helps me to start saving regularly without changing my lifestyle much!! i still eat 3 - 4 meals a day.. still can pay for all my expenses.. although the interest in onli 0.5%, but @ least i Started Saving!!

the interesting part is.. when this savings reaches $100K, you can throw this $$ into other areas.. the safest way is throw in Fixed Deposit.. Slightly higher interest rate.. if not use it to buy a private property.. of cos is for the 1st down payment!! Rent the palace out, collect rental to pay for the balance Mortgage loan!! Thanks to my Bro!!
