Was Chatting with Shawn 1-2 weeks ago about my T-shirt Printing Stuff, He suggested mi to ask my neighbour shop, a very well known Tattoo Shop in Singapore, See whether the boss wan2 print some T-shirt for his shop!! I ask David (Tattoo Shop Boss) immediately the following day, he was so excited about this idea!!

Few Days later, i do up some mocked sample using PS & show them to him. He loves my design!! Str8 ask mi to go ahead with the print!! finally, David 'Tat' Studio Tee is Born!! Now he can use for his branding, Giving or selling to his customers as a souvenir!!

During CNY Day 1, have a Chat wif my pretty Cuz Wan Ying.. She intro mi to Ambigram, ask mi to try it on my products.. Im still looking for a good Ambigram convertor!!

Ambigram - Some kinda Art to mi, when u flip the text 180deg, the same text will oso be seen on the belt!! Cool!! still learning hard!!

This morning, ard 1140am, Uncle Jason came to fetch mi to visit his office @ Toa Payoh HDB Hub. He has been in the property line for 10 yrs.. Started in 1999.. intro mi to the whole working procedure of this line.. all the pros & cons.. How much i can make in 1 year if i plan to do property as a full time Biz!! Wow the Figures tat he said to mi was like,"Wah, i probably need to work 5 years without spend a single cent to meet his 1 year of income!!" He say to mi his cpy's top Agent of 2008 made SGD$1.5Million in 2008. Tat was like SGD$125,000/month!! to be more exact, SGD$4,166.66/day!! can u imagine this type of income!! some of these powerful agents didnt even pass their O levels.
