This morning went do to my suppliers to replenish our stock.. when we juz arrived @ our 1st supplier's warehse, he was busy sorting the orders of another customer. so wait for 5 mins to lte him finish his task.. while waiting, i looked at all the hugh boxes.. that customer was buying 3500 Pieces of Aluminium Stove, 10's of portable shelters & a few hundred pcs of other items.. I was like "Wah!! Tats Fucking HUGH orders to Me manz...!!". That customer was probably happily having his breakfast in some nearby coffeeshop.. didnt see him ard.. 5 mins later, we make our orders, juz b4 we end the transaction, the Big customer came!! He was a big chinese old man, in his early 70's, but still walking very fast & strong!! Quite a fierce & impatient man.. "My order ready liao or not?? walao hire ppl to help u lah, 1 person how to do business lor??" He was shaking his head while saying this to our supplier.. Just as our supplier is replying his questions, the old man juz walked away b4 our supplier can finish his sentence.. wah fierce manz!! "I wait for my item @ carpark, later u quickly send them over!!" Said the old Man. Wah i've met lotsa such ppl, all very fierce, str8 fwd, hate excues, very impatient, & super RICH!!
So if wan2 be RICH like them, we muz be as Fierce as them, as str8 Fwd as them, & as Impatient as them.. haha!!
After we got back to open our shop, 4 Indian Guys walk into our shop.. 3 were in their mid 20's, 1 younger guy ard 16 to 17 yrs old. 1 of them ask mi whether we do sell any black Pants, he wan2 buy it for the younger guy, His cousin. My mum not listening to our full conversation, str8 said very rudely to him:"No lah No Lah, we dun sell so big size 1.. dun have ur size lah..."
Wah if i were the customer, i oso HOT ah... den the customer reply back in a joking manner:"Auntie, Bu Yao Zhe Yang Leh!!" wah he can speak mandarin.. haha cool.. he said "Auntie, Dun like tat leh.." after explaining to my mum tat he was buying it for his younger cousin, str8 my dad walk out & said again:"No lah, Dun have your size lah.." I looked at the guy & the guy looked @ me, we laugh out loud & walk over to the pants corner.. the my mum signalled mi over, said "aiya they wont buy 1 lah, juz tell them no size & they will go away.." Without acknowledging her, i walked back to the customer, explaining the different designs & Colors tat we have...
I was thinking, even if they didnt buy anything, @ least them learn something new from our shop. wats so wrong abt tat.. i tot tats the rite way to do business??
In less den 10 mins, he supported mi with $100+ of sales.. wah str8 my mum changed her attitude towards them, wah suddenly so nice to them... haha... while im doing their luggage tags, Keychains & dog tags. He spent another $200+ on my mum's products.. This young man (only abt 1 to 2 yrs older den me), owned a Sport & adventure school in Australia (Sth like the OBS school we have in Pulau Ubin). He was studying probably his Uni in Australia few yrs ago.. love the lifestyle over there.. bring his whole family over to Australia, Bought a Beautiful Hse there & start this Sports & Adventure sch under their Family Biz!! They invited this younger cousin to Australia & he loves that place too.. This time they were back for a short holiday, meet up wif frens & relatives..
In less than an hr, they got a small tattoo done on his young cousin's arm. Said need to go buy lotsa fishing equipments, cos they will be gng for a family fishing trip when they return back to Aus. So envy on their lifestyle.. No worries abt $$.. wan2 do wat, juz do wat.. haha Such a WORDY POST.. so next time u see any ANG GONG man, respect them!! lots of them were fucking RICH Business Owners!!
