Step 1 to healthier living: Need to change my eating habit to more fruits & veggie!! After a long long time since I've eaten my last apple or orange. Gonna start taking fruits daily with my parents!!
Step 2 to healthier living: shall be wearing a pedometer!! Make sure I WALK!! I'm still too lazy to exercise, but walking sld be much easier!! Shall spend 10-15mins walking daily!!
Hopefully these 2 simple steps can help anyone reading this to stay healthier & live longer :)
