Started my Day visiting Brother Service Center @ Gateway East AGAIN!!!!!
Yes, No Joke!! AGAIN!!!!
Last yr, i've been sending my Brother Embroidery machines 1 after another to this place for servicing... more den 10 different trips!! feel so shitty & unsecure everytime.. you never know when they will fail you again!!
Yesterday afternoon, the memory card reader that is required to get the software working is DEAD!!! Without this Memory Card Reader, all the 3 Brother Embroidery machines are as good as a human without a brain..
Lucky thing Mr. Chan, the only Brother Sewing Machine Engineer in the entire Singapore was there!!
Part Replacement + Repair cost for Brother Memory Card Reader = $107.00
The only interesting thing @ the Service Center was.........
