I need a bigger workshop!

There is so many things in my head that I wan2 do, I need to do.. Space is so expensive in Singapore!! I'll need a bigger workshop so tat I can work & slp @ the same place..

Dino is unable to keep up with the number of orders since CNY.. Lucky thing my customers always tell me "Tot, just take your time. No hurry :)" if not, I'll probably die of stress!! Haha..

Many many taekwondo belts

Manage to complete this In est 5 hrs!! Very tired. Told mum die die need to finish this 2day. This week lotsa customers came to do embroidery on taekwondo belts & karate uniforms. My workshop is kinda becoming a martial art embroidery shop :) I even learnt how to tie a TKD belt yesterday! The feeling is so Garang. As if I know martial arts too haha..

K, a 2nd Dan karate coach, keep asking me to join his club somewhr at Yishun, but I rejected his offer, really no time. Oso not convenient, cos I'm living in the east. Next time, if my brother come to help me, I confirm will take up lessons @ ur club :)

This CNY lotsa relatives came to my shop to bai Nian. 2day Lay Har & Lay Kun came. According to our family root, they are my cousins, but they are both ard 20 yrs older den me. Lay Har drove a 7 seater Lexus, a present from his hubby. So envy sia... Haha.. This wished me luck in my little business & send in some embroidery work for me. Thanks to you girls :)

1st time visiting NUS

After sending my morning delivery, went down to NUS to pass Ting Mei her order. NUS is so much nearer compared to NTU.

When I've reached the school, it's like a concrete forest to me. Even with a GPS, Im kinda lost my way in there.

After 10 mins of sightseeing in NUS, finally I've found TM's hostel, but it's beside a bus interchange. There is no way I can drive in from the bus interchange. Called TM, she gave me directions to meet at a nearby coffeeshop.

It's lunchtime, not a single parking lot is left. TM walk all the way to meet me at some empty space behind the coffeeshop & she bought me a drink for sending her order to her sch due to some singpost cpy policies. Thanks to TM for everything :) hope she will like the bag & the embroidery!

NUS is really a damn beautiful school :)

Motivation chat wif Big Uncle

Thinking back... On CNY day 1, mum & me went down to my big uncle's Hse for a short visit. He is the richest & most successful man in our family root. He's well known for his hot temper & fierceness!!

The moment we reached his Hse, of cos do the standard xchange of orange. Den everyone sat down @ the main hall dinning table for some food tat auntie had prepared that afternoon. Food was GOOD :) Esp the curry chicken!! Love it!!

After finishing the food, big uncle suddenly asked mum abt me. He heard from our relatives tat I'm doing some little business @ my parent's shop. He wanted to Noe more :) he taught me so much in the precious 1 hr!! Big uncle is not as fierce as wat mum & dad had always described to me!! He loves to joke alot, after he crack every joke, he will tell u an important lesson!! In that way, I can really absorb wat he wants to tell me very quickly :)

Big uncle is now 67 yrs old. He really love to share his experience & teach the younger generation.

Just b4 leaving his place, big uncle & auntie gave me a word of encouragement. Will always rmb his words in my head! Love him :)

MOSQUITOES!!

SHIT!! Every yr during CNY, my workplace & home will always be filled with Countless of Mosquitoes!! No matter how many of them I killed 2nite, there will be more of these suckers flying back to bite me!!

CNY Shopping @ Ikea Tampines.. ALONE!!

last nite, called my brother @ 9PM.. hoping to get Him & Chee Sia to go nite shopping wif me @ Ikea.. they have juz finished their work @ 910PM & still have not taken their dinner!!

So headed down to Ikea Tampines by myself :( Probably due to CNY, lotsa items were Out-of-Stock. very few customers.. Dun even have to Queue @ the Cashier.. OMG 1st time dun have to Q @ Ikea!!

Bought 1 Car Boot of ... many many Photo Frames for my shop front!! Gonna be removing all the old posters & replace them with all of the beautiful Engraving & Embroidery Projects i've done for my dearest customer, YOU :)

Towels for the Brothers & Sisters during my bro's Big Day!! He will be organizing a Party for the brothers & sisters team real soon @ his place!! Looking fwd :)
