Week 1 (18/10/2010 - 24/10/2010)

Monday... Rest Day, Yoga Stretch :)
Tuesday... 250 Crunches, 100 Leg Raise
Wednesday... 120 Biceps Curl, 40 Shoulder Press, 60 Triceps Lift
Thursday... 250 Crunches, 100 Counts of Flutter Kicks
Friday... 180 Biceps Curl, 60 Shoulder Press, 90 Triceps Lift
Saturday... Rest Day, Yoga Stretch :)
Sunday... 5km Run!

Have been starting this Exercise Roster since Last Sunday. Must continue to increase the sets until Dec!! last year almost died during ICT 2009.. too lazy to train.. so have to suffer!! won't let that happen again in ICT 2010!! Feel so much better exercising :)

Early this week, i met this online store owner. A 30-35 yr old father with a 3-4 yr old daughter. This man dragged a huge sack into the post office mins before they closed. I've just finished my mail out when he joined the queue. OMG.. I tried to peek into his sack & it was entirely filled with large parcels, easily 80 - 100 of them!! Sack standing est. 1.6m!!! Salute him!! how did he manages his orders? is this the amount of order this man mailed out every single day?!? What he sell sia?!? so many questions i feel like asking him!!!

As an Online Store Newbie, i really find these successful Online Biz Owners very impressive!!

1. Many were selling ladies Clothings (Met 1 with a gojane.com Box @ Tampines PO)
2. Some were selling little items.. Jeweleries & Accessories (Met Penny from Pinc.ws in 2009, helped her with Pinc brand tags.. rich looking guy in his early 30's @ Yishun PO..)
3. Some Young Mothers selling Baby Clothings (@ Tampines, Sembawang PO)
4. Aiya too many examples to list!!
   

I'll nv forget the gojane.com girl @ Tampines PO (Cos I was in the Queue for 25mins, est. 80 - 100 Parcels) & the rich looking guy @ Yishun PO (Cos I was the next Customer str8 after him & I Stoned there for almost 45mins!!!! est. 150 parcels)

YAWNNNN... Time to Slp!!!
