I'm a big fan of Robert K., Love all his books esp. Rich Dad, Poor Dad. @ 1st i don't really understand why in many of his examples, the rich ppl usually don't study much & the poor ones are the smart ones in school. After stepping into this interesting real world, I slowly see what he actually meant!!

Recently Aunty Hua's brother just sold his HDB Shophouse to a middle age uncle for est. $1.1 to $1.2million. Str8 away made a profit of almost $500K!! He's a Hokkien speaking man, with little or no education, open a Laundry shop.

Rich & Successful Housewives

There are many housewives doing part time jobs @ home to earn $$ to support their family. Most of them source for contract based jobs with big factories. Simple Jobs like folding of shirts & packing them into plastic bags. Each piece they will be paid $0.30. It may sound little to most ppl. But can you imagine a normal human can easily fold & pack 2 shirts/min.

2 Shirt/Min = $0.60

1 Hr = 120 Shirts = $36

8 Hrs = 960 Shirts = $288/day

1 Month = $288 x 30 = $8640!!!!!

Can you imagine for a skillful housewife, she can easily fold & pack 3-4 shirts/min!!

3 Shirts/min = $12,960

4 Shirts/min = $17,280

That's fucking lotsa $$ for someone to work from home & 8 hrs/day!!

My 1st official job as a management Trainne

With Poly Qualification, I was paid a basic pay of $1100/month. after adding, OT/Commission/yadayada.. I'll end up getting a pay of $1800/month. 1 yr contract!!

All the salesman under my management were paid double of my pay. Mostly malaysian, Secondary School Qualification. WHY?!? I ask them what's their lousiest month pay? $3K!! What your best month pay, all didnt wan2 say.. but i later found out was $10-$11k!!

I'm still in contact with these Malaysian Friends, most of them bought their 1st property in MY. Many were born 1985 or later!! Singapore Property prices is like crazily high!! OMG.. Really wish i was a Malaysian!!
