It's a Fucking 1.5 yr old machine!!

After Checking with Vision USA, Mr. Joe (Vice President of Vision) has provided us with sufficient information to prove this is a 2nd hand machine. This machine was originally dispatched from USA on 15 Jan 2010, that was fucking 1.5 yrs ago!!

So we headed to the Liar (Kenneth Goh)'s office on Fri Morning. We were informed he went to KL for exhibition, so we asked his staff to call him on his fon. He didn't want to talk to us. After several calls his secretary passed the fon to my brother.

He started to make up with new stories!! During the purchases, he told me our machine will be a direct order from Vision USA. But now he was telling us, it's a transfer from Malaysia's office & the staff over there had made a 'mistake' of sending them a wrong machine.

This machine don't even comes with the original packaging!! so he was saying he already knew this is a wrong machine, but he still insists to be delivered to the customer. C'mon lah.. this is obviously not a MISTAKE!! This is done on Purpose!!!

We have insisted to get back a full refund as this is a CHEATING CASE!!

So he said he will be back on Monday, we shall see what stories this LIAR is gng to make up again!! No Refund?!? shall be reporting this to CASE. I believe we are not the 1st customer to be cheated by him. there must be lotsa uncles, aunties cheated by him, but they gave him chance & forgive him. We shall not give him chance, CHEATING IS A SERIOUS OFFENCE!! He has to learn this lesson, if not more ppl will be cheated by him in the future!!

We have completely lost trust & confidence in this Liar's cpy. But we still move on with our expansion!! will be gng to view an even bigger engraving machine from Gravograph next week!! I seriously hate Liars to the max!!

The Gravograph engraving machine will probably be my last machine i can manage by myself.

Back to my workshop stuff..

I'm super busy for this entire June!! our shop is flooded with 1200 face towels & many others embroidery projects. I've basically no time to do any cleaning up & the entire workshop is in really bad condition!!

so much packing need to be done tmr.. & i'm kinda forgetting simple things recently!! probably due to the intensive workload, stuff planning & disturbance of the endless mosquitoes everywhr in Singapore!!

Got my 2nd engraving machine 2day, was quite excited @ 1st until i took out the Software for installation. There's so much fucking scratches & Finger prints on both CDs!! Any idiot oso can tell these were not NEW!!

As expected, problems starts occurring.. CDs cant work after installation. Error Prompts "Trial Version has EXPIRED!! Pls enter the permanent password!!"

Later on, I brought my 'newly purchased' machine home, laid on my work desk with super bright lightings shone on it. I can see DUST everywhere!! DAMN!! I've not even run a single job & there is so much dust in it!! someone obviously had tried cleaning the machine very hastily, leaving out the small holes & the back motor area.

The Axis Track is completely DRY!!! I've sold thousands of printer during my training @ Challenger 3 years ago, even the cheapest Printer oso comes with very well greased Axis Track. WTF, Paying FULL Price for a DEMO Display Machine!!

The Best thing is.. this is an USA made machine, but it comes with a China Machine Power cable!! OMG.. The China machine Brand & bar code stickers still attached to the Cable.

7 days ago, I talked to this Towkay (Mr. Kenneth) whom i respected for 3 good years.. everytime smiles when he spoke, He even shared many interesting experiences with me 1 week ago.. Today, I finally see the real him!! Gonna be sending this DEMO machine back to him in 8 hrs time & see what stories he have got for us!!

Now I finally understood why my favorite sales person Mr. Queetiong, Favorite Tech Mr. Jason & Quee Tiong's Buddy Mr. Takiong, all quit in 1-2 months. Next time when i buy hse, need to renovate my flooring with Parquet, I'll definitely look for Mr. Queetiong!! he's the real Gentleman!! not like his ex-boss..

Working hard for my Dream Machine!!

Jason is the sales person for my new engraving machine :) arriving in less than 1 week!! Gonna be using it for R&D of new products.

I can dump all my stuff in & still looks pretty neat, easy to find every single shit!!

I've got my Business Card Holder, House Keys & my External HD on the card holder compartment.

My Document Folder, Emergency Pet Tag Container with assorted Tags & Accessories, a box of Strepsils Honey Lemon Flavour!! & Also my little black pouch (bad lightings, cant see in this picture) with my 2nd external HD, Flash Drives & 1 big stack of 50 cents Postage Labels.

Most importantly is my Stainless Steel Nalgene Bottle. I drink LOTSA water everyday!! @ least 3-4 Litres everyday, if not i'll get sick very easily!!

CES Bldg spotted in Ubi!!

Was at Ubi area for the past 3 days, saw a banner of this popular ladies clothings online store, thewildflowershop.com, immediately check out their webby!! Wah they have got over 11,000 facebook likes!! If u are a girl reading this, i think you sld go check out their webby too!!

2nd Engraving Machine!!

Last Fri, Our 1st Digital Engraver Went Crazy & was sent back for maintenance. Instead of waiting for Repair, Mum & me immediately decided to get a 2nd engraving machine. We are kinda crazy ppl!! This is already my 3rd New Machine for 2011, but I'm still super excited!!

Had a good chat with the Towkay of this Engraver Distributor in South East Asia. Honestly we did not get our 2nd machine at a very attractive price. However this 30 mins chat with him would probably bring me much more further than the xtra few Thousands I've paid him :) Special Thanks to Mr. Kenneth!! However, mum always love freebies, bargained tons of optional accessories from him over the fon!! LOL..

It's 11 Hrs before the arrival of my new TFMX-II 904, I'm Super tired right now but my brain & eyes were Freaking AWAKE!! Probably too excited abt this new toy!! Freaking Big piece of Metal stuff. Gonna be seeing a Crane Vehicle lifting a Big Embroidery Machine in 11 hrs!! It's my 1st time seeing this, gonna be Vlogging the entire process later. Friends who have got nothing better to do on 6/6/2011, btw 10am-12noon, can swing by my shop & see this unusual scene!! haha.. Crane Lifting Sewing Machine!! Must be Damn Cool Lor!!

Slowly Slowly he will be coming into this game :) Really hope i can impart all my skills to him in 1 week, but his schedule is too tight. just let everything move naturally, we oso no hurry to do anything important for now, as long happy happy live on can already :)
