1st 2 lessons were on LAW!! very boring!! but the lecturer really put in his effort to keep the class awake!! & laughing!!
2day is my 3rd lesson!! learning the Transactions Procedures!! Lecturer: Keith Lim, est. 35-40 Yrs old, Chinese Guy, uses lotsa Hokkien words & phrases in the class. Very funny guy, his presentation was so good tat i didnt even yawn.. rmb last nite i slpt @ 430am doing my t-shirts for V Day!! Taught us lotsa stuff other den Real Estate!! he talked abt CHANGE!! We maybe facing some similar or identical problems everyday!! we need to CHANGE the way we solve these problems & question, so we can improve ourselves. don't try to CHANGE someone else!! Start CHANGE ourselves!! Tats a good 1!!
One more thing he said 2 to 3 time 2day tat hit my mind really really hard!! In Life, Most importantly is not how many ppl you Know!! is how many Ppl really Knows you thats important!!
when he showed us his personal achievement portfolio, it was like every yr he will receive 2 top Branch achievement awards consecutively!!he's been working in RE since 1991!! fierce!! he probably didnt finish Uni or even Poly.. but is super rich & successful in his business!!
After class, everyone dispersed very fast!! i took the same lift wif one of the prettiest ger in my class.. she's @ most 2 yr older den mi.. probably 26.. living in Landed Property!! & bought her personal car!! everyone headed for the carpark, except mi still heading for the bus interchange.. i really wish i could be like everyone.. heading to the Carpark!! have a Personal car waiting for them in the basement carpark!!
